      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and document test strategies and functional test plans to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
      - Execute functional test cases and analyze business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios
      - Create SQL queries to verify data integrity and conduct user acceptance testing
      - Report defects clearly using designated testing tools and coordinate test artifacts for version control
      - Conduct automation testing and lead team members in automating test cases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 60 months experience as a lead tester
      - 60 months experience with industry-leading testing tools from vendors such as IBM, Mercury, or Microsoft
      - 60 months experience creating SQL queries for back-end validation
      - 60 months experience in JavaScript/VBScript, Selenium, and knowledge of C/C++, J2EE 1.8, Jenkins CI/CD, and TestNG
      - Bachelor's Degree or greater in computer science

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience testing web services in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment
      - 60 months working experience in Agile development methodologies
      - Familiarity with Micro Focus toolset (ALM, UFT, Load Runner) or IBM Rational toolset (ClearCase, Functional Tester, ClearQuest, Manual Tester)
