      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct extensive accessibility analysis and create documentation for web pages and documents
      - Collaborate with accessibility testers to assess conformance to established web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA)
      - Develop detailed reports outlining accessibility defects and suggest remediation methods
      - Review assessment results with developers, project team members, and management
      - Create comprehensive accessibility documentation for developers' use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 72 months experience performing Web Accessibility Audits using assistive or automated technologies
      - 60 months experience coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
      - 60 months experience in UI Accessibility testing
      - 72 months experience in developing technical documentation
      - 60 months experience performing Accessibility Audits against Digital Documents

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using and following Section 508 and Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines
      - Familiarity with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0 and AA), Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA), User Agent Accessibility Guidelines (UAAG), and Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG)
