Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot technical issues via helpdesk, remote access, in person, by telephone, or email.

Provide support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software and hardware.

Install and support hardware and peripheral components such as disk drives, printers, keyboards, and monitors.

Load and configure software packages, including networking components, operating systems, and office applications.

Connect users to networks and train them on system tools and applications.

Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of company computers.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues using documented procedures.

Manage hardware inventory and coordinate shipments to employees.

Associate's degree or higher in a technical field.

Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

Appropriate desktop application certifications preferred.

Experience with Autodesk and/or Bentley software is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The IT Specialist will install, modify, and perform minor repairs on corporate computer hardware and software systems, while also providing technical advice and support to system users.
