      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between the pharmacy department and the IT team to ensure effective implementation and support of pharmacy technologies
      - Analyze pharmacy workflows and optimize systems to improve patient safety and operational efficiency
      - Provide technical support and participate in projects related to medication management
      - Utilize SQL for reporting and data analysis, and ensure compliance with HL7 standards
      - Maintain and configure Epic Willow modules including Inpatient, Ambulatory, and Inventory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Level Degree in Pharmacy
      - Pharmacist License (RPh) from the Virginia Department of Health Professionals
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
      - Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with HL7 standards and system integration
      - Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Build and its modules

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic upgrade cycles, validation, and testing processes for pharmacy modules
      - Proven ability to analyze and optimize pharmacy workflows using Epic tools
