What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email, and telephone
- Deliver direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- Present newly released functionality to line staff
- Monitor compliance with data entry requirements and review training materials
- Provide technical assistance with the data warehouse
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 36 months of experience providing IT support to users
- Minimum of 36 months of experience providing implementation support services
- Minimum of 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application
- Bachelor's Degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various development platforms and technical architectures
- Previous experience in a child welfare or similar environment
