Classification Title: IT Student Assistant
Job Description: UF Information Technology (UFIT) is seeking a talented and highly motivated, part-time time IT Student Assistant to join Customer Experience and Resource Planning (CERP), a unit within UFIT. The Student Assistant will work with CERP’s project management software tool PPM to enter data and modify and create workflows and changes to the application. The student assistant will create and modify reports using software reporting tools. The position will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of programs used to report on the portfolio of work specific to UFIT and the Micro Focus Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool used to track the organization’s work.
UFIT Customer Experience & Resource Planning manages strategy and process for UFIT constituent experience and resource planning and oversees UFIT business relations and project management.

Expected Salary: $18.00 per hour; commensurate based on education and experience.
Minimum Requirements: This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.
