- Responsible for IT operations for Supply Chain technology; managing application, computing, and incident management support functions ensuring availability of key systems 24 hours a day 7 days a week
- Primary operations point of contact for Supply Chain business and technology partners
- Vendor coordination especially as it relates to SAP
- Lead daily SAP Supply Chain status meeting
- Lead weekly various business department status meetings
- Ultimately be one of the Change Advisory Board final approver
- Monitors key jobs and file feeds, investigates and researches discrepancies and disruptions with the flow of data/file feeds between Cole Haan and Supply Chain partners
- Responsible for triage and troubleshooting for Supply Chain issues that are not able to be handled via SOP. Responsible for advocating for long-term remediation of chronic issues.
- Performs support readiness assessments prior to Supply Chain projects turnover to production
- Commitment to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to ensuring routine maintenance and technical upgrades are executed
- Play key role in day-to-day operations and delivery of Cole Haan’s IT services with focus on the Supply Chain systems.
- Lead incident management and escalation with both internal and outside partners.
- Primary operational point of contact for strategic outsourcing partners
- Responsible for Cole Haan Service Delivery model
- Vendor Management – service level attainment tracking & reporting as a component of overall governance reporting and IT metrics
- Manage appropriate capacity of the services to meet resource supply and demand specific projects.
- Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IT operations environment
- Contribute to process improvement by constantly refining service delivery model based on advancing technology
- Direct efforts to create and enhance standards/best practices and drive adoption across the technical team
- Convert business requirements into technology requirements.
- Maintaining operations by utilizing a combination of internal resources as well as external vendors
- Maintain committed service levels within defined budget
- Responsible for ongoing continuous service improvement through coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Developing the service strategy for IT Operations services, with annual updates and an updated technology plan in conjunction with Enterprise Architecture
- Understand IT service cost drivers and connect cost of service
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 4+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years vendor management experience
- Self- starter able to work independently under tight deadlines
- 2+ years technically supporting Supply Chain and Wholesale solutions. This should include the processes and systems as it relates to the following areas:
- SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – SAP S4 experience preferred
- Product Lifecyle Management (PLM)
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with Wholesale processes and application lifecycle
- Experience managing infrastructure in a Supply Chain environment preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting data I/O and data requirements connecting Supply Chain systems.
- Experience with COBIT framework (or other quality process systems knowledge) a plus
- Experience with IT service management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to senior leaders, and business concepts
- Experience with IT operations teams in complex and dynamic environments requiring 24/7 support

Reporting into the Director of IT Operations, the IT Operations Lead - Supply Chain has responsibility for triaging and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Cole Haan Supply Chain infrastructure supporting Procurement, Logistics, Distribution, Production Information and Wholesale order fulfillment and settlement. This individual will work in partnership with the Sr. Manager, IT Tech and various IT and business entities to maintain a continual focus on operational excellence in the Supply Chain systems and service provider network. This position will assist the Sr. Manager, IT Tech with various tasks managing the daily IT operations, systems availability, incident troubleshooting, vendor management, and in driving Operational KPIs. This is a highly visible and business facing role, requiring leadership and partnership with many IT and Business functional areas.

Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $90,000 to $125,000 annually*
Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
