What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the first point of contact for the IT Department, providing initial support and guidance
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
- Identify and escalate security and IT issues to senior team members as needed
- Conduct network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity issues for both PC and Mac environments
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with system configuration and user access management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience with Active Directory and user management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write and run queries
- Experience with Salesforce and telephony software solutions
