      King's Seafood Company is seeking an energetic, experienced, and "seafood-loving" IT Support Analyst ready to roll up their sleeves and be a key contributor to the company's growth. The IT Support Analyst will support the helpdesk experience for our restaurants and corporate office.

      Essential Responsibilities:
      • Troubleshoot, update, resolve and close trouble tickets.
      • Coordinate 3rd party support with vendors.
      • Stage new workstations
      • Maintain up to date inventory on all KSC computer hardware via trouble ticket system
      • Stage Windows server and Aloha POS for Aloha QSR implementations.
      • Implement PCI hardening policy on Aloha POS servers
      • Monitor endpoint security console for alerts and resolve issues as required
      • Implement SonicWALL updates and changes( rules, policies, network )
      • Create, update and delete user accounts in Active Directory, and hosted applications
      • Troubleshoot and repair back-office computer and network hardware
      • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with restaurant managers and operations team
      • Coordinate vendor maintenance and repairs with restaurant managers and operations team
      • Test and repair network drops and patch panels when feasible
      • Assist IT Manager in completion of assigned projects, projects may include ( but are not limited to):
        Restaurant openings and renovations
        POS, network and/or back -office hardware upgrades
        Security policy updates and audits
        Software upgrades/implementations

      Essential Skills and Qualifications:
      • Minimum of 3 years of prior helpdesk experience
      • Prior experience with 3 or more of the following technologies : Microsoft Windows Server 2016-2022, Windows 10/11, O365, Meraki, Sonicwall, Dameware, Aloha POS, Apple iOS
      • Ability to quickly, independently prioritize tasks
      • Ability to effectively manage projects, often more than one at a time
      • Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
      • Ability to creatively problem solve
      • Ability to communicate in a clear, professional manner to all levels of the company


      Physical Requirements:

      In General Approximate % of time spent in each function

      Sitting 80%

      Carrying 10%

      Lifting 5%

      Crawling 5%

      Other Requirements:
      • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, 10-20lbs is typical
      • Ability to carry up to 120 feet
      • Ability to reach up to 6 feet, 2-4 feet is typical
      • Ability to work under desks
      • Ability to travel to restaurants as needed.
