      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line in-person, phone, and email support to faculty, staff, and students for technical issues
      - Develop and implement technical procedures to minimize user downtime
      - Document issues in the Service Desk application to facilitate resolution and maintain user satisfaction
      - Assist in the maintenance and support of local computer labs and library public computers
      - Provide Tier 1 and 2 support as needed and work on IT project teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in a Computer Science-related field or equivalent experience
      - Good communication skills and the ability to assist users with varying levels of technical competency
      - Experience supporting current versions of Windows, Mac OS, and Office 365 in a networked environment
      - Knowledge of networking concepts and wireless networking configuration
      - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Cherwell, LINUX, Remote Assistance tools, and malware detection and removal tools
      - Flexibility to adjust shifts based on library hours and willingness to work overtime when needed
