      The IT Support Analyst is a member of the IT Infrastructure team and will be responsible for providing direct end-user IT support. This position will also maintain mission-critical network and systems platform which includes Windows servers, network platforms, telephony infrastructure, desktops, etc.

      Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

      • Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware and software issues
      • Management of Microsoft Office 365 cloud services
      • Management of systems and end-user data backup infrastructure
      • Maintain hardware and software inventory, desktop and laptop build, and imaging
      • Ongoing operations of network and systems infrastructure
      • Ownership of new hire IT setup and offboard of terminations
      • Provide general IT end-user support tasks

      Essential Skills and Experience:

      • 5-6 years of hands-on experience/expertise in supporting desktops and laptops
      • 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Office 365 cloud services
      • Experience supporting end-user software solutions (Windows, MS Office, etc)
      • Understanding of general network technology (routing and switching)
      • Experience managing telephony systems and interfacing with Telco’s.
      • Experience with VMWare vSphere, Windows, and Linux server operating systems is a plus.
