      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver exceptional IT support to internal users across the nationwide network
      - Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, documenting calls and resolutions
      - Troubleshoot IT requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system in a timely manner
      - Collaborate with the IT support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues
      - Maintain compliance with security standards and HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies, including AD and SCCM
      - At least 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high availability environment
      - 2+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, and deployment
      - 1+ years of experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery
      - High school diploma or equivalent required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
      - 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting providing support for Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
      - Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
