What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional IT support to employees across a nationwide network of medical offices
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, documenting calls and resolutions
- Respond to and troubleshoot IT requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
- Install and configure hardware/software issues across various operating systems
- Maintain compliance with security standards and HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM)
- At least 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high availability environment
- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
- 2+ years of corporate experience providing support for Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Proven ability to work in a corporate network environment
