      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical assistance for inquiries related to computer systems and software issues
      - Respond to Team Members' inquiries via phone and email, documenting interactions through ticketing software
      - Resolve technical problems related to Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)
      - Create a positive customer support experience by ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication
      - Collaborate with various teams to escalate critical issues and ensure all Service Level Agreements are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in information technology or customer service may substitute the educational requirement
      - Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service
      - Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Ability to ask probing questions and solve technical problems effectively
      - Must be available to work occasional to frequent overtime and a rotating schedule

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a technical call center environment
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
      - Experience with call center tracking tools and Automatic Call Distributor phone systems
      - Familiarity with networking, computer hardware, and troubleshooting software applications
      - 2+ years of exceptional customer service experience
