      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide HubSpot support and administration end-to-end, including user management, permissions, workflows, and reporting
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for a high volume of HubSpot ticket requests, managing intake and resolution based on impact
      - Identify recurring issues and implement durable solutions to reduce ticket volume over time
      - Maintain strong data hygiene and governance for accurate reporting and decision-making
      - Collaborate with various departments to support and stabilize HubSpot integrations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM in a production environment
      - Experience managing intake, prioritization, and resolution of high-volume CRM environments through a ticketing system
      - Strong technical understanding of HubSpot configuration, automation, and data governance
      - Experience troubleshooting CRM integrations with third-party SaaS tools and internal systems
      - Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills with a focus on long-term system improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience creating and maintaining documentation, SOPs, and training materials for user support
      - Familiarity with automation and workflow development within HubSpot or similar platforms
