      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues with computers, network-related problems, printers, and peripherals
      - Manage IT service incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution while documenting issues and solutions
      - Communicate effectively with users of varying technical expertise to diagnose and resolve problems
      - Monitor issues to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access or breaches
      - Conduct regular audits and provide guidance on software applications, hardware, and IT best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience and professional certifications
      - Minimum of 3 years of IT Service Desk experience
      - Strong knowledge of network management, troubleshooting, and configuration
      - Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office 365 applications
      - Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including device management platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA/CCDA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
      - Experience with writing technical documentation
      - Familiarity with two-factor authentication tools, identity management solutions, and phone systems
      - Experience with VPN services and remote access software
