      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving issues with computers, networks, and peripherals
      - Manage IT service incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
      - Communicate effectively with users of varying technical expertise to clarify and resolve technical issues
      - Monitor and protect data integrity while identifying potential vulnerabilities
      - Conduct regular audits and provide technical guidance to team members and end-users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience and professional certifications
      - Minimum of 3 years of IT Service Desk experience
      - Strong knowledge of network management, troubleshooting, and configuration
      - Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office 365 applications
      - Experience supporting a Citrix environment and knowledge of Azure Active Directory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA/CCDA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
      - Experience in writing technical documentation
      - Familiarity with two-factor authentication tools and identity management solutions
      - Experience with VPN services and remote access software
      - Knowledge of phone system support and related technologies
