What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and provide timely support for client incidents and service requests
- Field and manage incoming help requests through various channels, ensuring accurate ticket documentation
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated end-user issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and virtual desktops while diagnosing network problems as needed
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to system migrations, office moves, and server upgrades
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Windows systems administrator role
- At least 3 years of experience supporting private/public cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
- Experience with IT service management platforms and ticketing systems
- Mandatory: High School diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in information technology or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as MS900/AZ900, VCTA/VCP, or CCNA
- Experience with event monitoring and response tools, particularly NinjaOne RMM
- Familiarity with database management and SQL
- Proficiency in using VMware and Hyper-V environments
