What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist employees with MacOS desktop systems and provide initial IT orientation for new hires
- Deliver high-quality technical support for software and hardware according to company standards
- Test and ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and peripherals
- Maintain and upgrade computer systems, providing recommendations for improvements as needed
- Communicate effectively with end users regarding their machine-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional certification in macOS Support Essentials or proven macOS experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Support role
- Experience in SaaS Systems Administration (MDM, GSuite, Slack, SalesForce, Zoom, etc.)
- Proven experience in securing networks
- Customer service background or experience is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Additional professional certification (e.g., CCNS, CISSP, MCSE) is advantageous
- Experience with Bash, Google Script, Powershell scripting, or similar
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
