What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Local Area Networks, workstations, and servers within the hotels
- Install, support, and maintain server-based software in line with Sonesta's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
- Develop migration plans for server and product upgrades, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions
- Provide technical support to hotel colleagues, management, and guests, ensuring high customer service levels
- Maintain and upgrade hotel IT hardware, software, and networks according to Sonesta IT standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Property Management System/Point of Sales is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail

- Previous experience in a similar IT support role within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues efficiently
