What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Maintain and update the IT knowledge base for team and customer-facing documentation
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure a secure and reliable tech environment
- Manage workload through a Service Desk ticketing platform
- Support users with Apple macOS and implement security best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support role
- Experience supporting Apple macOS
- Ability to create and maintain technical process documentation
- Basic understanding of security best practices, including access control and data protection
- Experience managing workload via a Service Desk ticketing platform
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with core Atlassian applications, such as Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace administration
- Experience managing users and groups in Okta
- Associate/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent role experience
