      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advanced technical support to end-users and resolve complex technical issues
      - Manage user accounts, licenses, and policies within Microsoft 365
      - Assist in managing Endpoint Management with Microsoft Intune
      - Monitor endpoint security alerts and incidents using Microsoft Defender 365
      - Create and maintain internal support documentation and user guides

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent education, or 4+ years of relevant work experience
      - Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems
      - Proficient in operating systems (Windows, macOS)
      - Understanding of IT systems, components, and infrastructures
      - Relevant certifications in information technology or system administration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
      - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
      - Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
      - Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
      - CompTIA A+ / Network+
