      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for customer and internal support tickets related to platform configuration and connectivity issues
      - Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems by analyzing logs and system data
      - Collaborate with customers and their IT teams to resolve firewall, proxy, or routing issues affecting service performance
      - Use monitoring tools to identify performance degradation and recurring errors
      - Maintain clear communication and documentation of issues and resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
      - Basic knowledge of network diagnostics, including firewalls and routing
      - Familiarity with API structures and tools such as Postman and New Relic
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, and Product teams
      - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership for issue resolution
      - Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
