      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Input all incidents in a ticket tracking system to log time spent on support calls and to benefit staff company-wide in recreating an issue for diagnostics on other properties or sharing solutions.
      • Monitor, maintain, and routinely service computer systems, Point of Sale (POS) systems, ticketing system, audio infrastructure and network infrastructure.
      • Tier 1 technical support, remote or in-person, for park staff.
      • Hardware, software, network and OS installation, configuration, and repair.
      • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues. Escalate to Corporate Support teams or 3rd Party Vendors as appropriate.
      • Support Park Applications, Operating Systems, MS Office and other Six Flags sanctioned programs.
      • Maintain asset inventory of electronic devices and software.
      • Perform routine audits on hardware and electronic systems to prevent future problems address existing/potential problems.
      • Provide training to users as they come aboard and/or new applications as they are inducted.
      • Enforce PCI, SOX, HIPPA and other compliance measures as to protect guests and the company.
      • Other duties assigned by management.

      SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

      • Must be at least 18 years of age.
      • Valid driver's license required.
      • High attention to detail.
      • Logical thought process for problem solving.
      • Interest in the field of information systems.
      • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, basic networking and POS concepts.
      • Good communication skills required between employees, guests, and park management.
      • Good telephone etiquette.
      • Must be able to bend, lift, carry and perform other duties involved in installing and checking hardware.
      • Second interview with IT Department required.
      • Interview with Loss Prevention required.
