- This position sits onsite at our office in Evansville, IN. This is not a remote position.
- Imaging workstations
- Setup workstations for new associates
- Shipping equipment to locations for new associates
- Configures laptops, surfaces, iPad, desktops, Macs, mobile devices and other computer peripherals
- Documents, upgrades and replaces PC hardware and software systems
- Assist team with mass deployments and projects
- May be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested, subject to all applicable state and federal laws.

- Ensure program Assist in other duties as assigned
- 6 months or more related work experience in helpdesk environment
- Knowledge and experience with laptops, surfaces, IPads, and MacBooks
- Microsoft desktop operating systems and Macs
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration(mailbox creation)
- Active Directory Administration
- RFID and camera systems access
- MDM assignment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
