  What you will be doing:

  • This position sits onsite at our office in Evansville, IN. This is not a remote position.
  • Imaging workstations
  • Setup workstations for new associates
  • Shipping equipment to locations for new associates
  • Configures laptops, surfaces, iPad, desktops, Macs, mobile devices and other computer peripherals
  • Documents, upgrades and replaces PC hardware and software systems
  • Assist team with mass deployments and projects
  • May be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested, subject to all applicable state and federal laws.

  • Ensure program Assist in other duties as assigned

  What you need for this position:

  • 6 months or more related work experience in helpdesk environment
  • Knowledge and experience with laptops, surfaces, IPads, and MacBooks
  • Microsoft desktop operating systems and Macs
  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration(mailbox creation)
  • Active Directory Administration
  • RFID and camera systems access
  • MDM assignment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
