What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including builds and upgrades
- Analyze business and clinical needs to evaluate software releases and recommend process optimizations
- Perform and document workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for optimal application utilization
- Develop system test plans and conduct testing of software upgrades and patches
- Provide daily on-call support for application-related issues and communicate software requirements and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3 years of relevant experience with a degree; 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM procurement processes is highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address difficult but typically not complex issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with IT and end users
- Knowledge of application release implementations and smaller project management
- Familiarity with communication of software issues and enhancements
