      Job details:

      Work hours - Australia Business hours (AEST) shift

      Work model - Hybrid

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Proactively address customer needs (internal, external and regulatory) by leveraging your own expertise along with that of team members to provide ongoing technical support and stellar customer service.
      • Utilise customer data and feedback to improve system performance and their interaction with Telstra processes, embedding solutions into customer-centric products and services to meet system integration and operational requirements.
      • Apply extensive knowledge of new and emerging technologies to support system investment and business asset recommendations to bring efficiency and effectiveness in system use.
      • Act as a change ambassador to encourage system users to adopt the relevant methods and tools based on new ways of working, whilst assisting teams with establishing emerging priorities for planned maintenance.
      • Apply your deep system knowledge to complete quality control checks, report on system performance and identify indicators of change, through effective data management and governance.

      About you:
      To be successful in the role of IT Technical Specialist, you will have:

      • 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
      • Salesforce Admin and/or Developer Certification
      • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
      • Knowledge of Telco products.
      • Operational support background.
      • Previous experience working in agile environments.
      • Effective communication and influencing skills.
