What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional IT support to employees across the nationwide network
- Serve as the first point of contact for users, documenting support calls and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Respond to and troubleshoot IT requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
- Install and configure hardware/software issues across Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS environments
- Maintain compliance with security and system configuration standards, including HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate setting supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Familiarity with maintaining thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals
- Industry-relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco/CCNA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service
- Additional certifications in Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, or AWS
