What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the planning, design, development, training, implementation, and evaluation of software applications
- Ensure adequate testing, quality assurance, and documentation of changes to systems
- Train IT employees and advise end-users on the operation of information systems
- Monitor system performance and quality, planning for decommissioning of applications when necessary
- Communicate with stakeholders about information technology and services, optimizing solutions based on customer feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in pharmacology
- 3-5 years of experience in acute care or retail settings
- Clinical Pharmacy license
- Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification or the ability to obtain it within three months
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills and progressive knowledge of clinical software applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD in pharmacology
- 5-7 years of experience in acute care or retail settings and 3 years in information technology
- Epic Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy and Epic Willow Inventory certification
- Project management and leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in desktop tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
