What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead business development efforts and cultivate client relationships in the Northeastern US ITS market
- Oversee project scope development, management, and commercial performance of ITS projects
- Act as the company representative with clients during project execution
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in the design and operation of ITS systems
- Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and conditions affecting cost or schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) network communications and Traffic Management Center (TMC) systems
- Proven track record of delivering complex ITS projects and fostering client relationships
- Strong background in Traffic Signal Controllers and Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV) technologies
- Ability to develop proposals and manage the sales pipeline
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in advanced transportation management systems and decision support systems
- Familiarity with integrated corridor management and roadway traffic operations
- Participation in professional organizations related to ITS for networking purposes
