What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Process Manager for one or more assigned ITIL processes
- Plan, coordinate, and lead day-to-day operations and governance of assigned processes
- Draft process communications and serve as the subject matter expert for the processes
- Create and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Conduct continual improvement activities and submit monthly reports on process metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field, or four years equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an IT Service Management role with a strong understanding of the ITIL framework
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a process user of an enterprise-class ITSM tool set; ServiceNow experience preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4) required upon hire
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical staff
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience working for an organization in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in creating professional quality documents using MS Office applications
- Experience using MS Excel for data analysis and visualization
- Ability to recognize trends and formulate recommendations based on data analysis
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
