What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage major incidents from identification to service restoration and closure
- Drive root cause analysis and produce RCA documentation within SLA
- Communicate incidents to business system users in a clear and meaningful way
- Coordinate between multiple teams for effective resolution
- Develop and manage an Incident and Problem Management dashboard to report on metrics and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as an Incident Manager
- Strong background in Incident Management and Problem management
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and infrastructure-related technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certified ITIL (Foundation) V3 beneficial
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services industry
- Experience managing conference calls or incident resolution meetings
