What we are looking for
Must Have
- Re-enforcing the Ivanti Support Team by handling daily tasks, development, implementation and support of Customers IT Service Management system
- Provide creative solutions and designs based on our customers’ requirements (while respecting ITIL processes)
- Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated
- Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to handle multiple tasks and projects with various and changing levels of priority

Knowledge with scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Knowledge of Webservices and/or API
