- Minimizing accidents with people and property
- Train, Coach, and Develop team members
- Capturing opportunities for additional work. (Carpet cleaning, floor work, maintenance items)
- Continuously looking for way to improve efficiency, quality and customer service.
- Good attendance record
- Great customer feedback
- Internal inspections scores 8+ for all buildings assigned to you
- Adherence to hours (you and your team members)
- Accidents and damage kept to a minimum
- Recommend and implement at least 2 new significant improvement ideas per year
- Team members trained to competency - zero complaints because team member didn't know what to do, how to do it, or didn't have proper equipment
- Supplies are continually stocked and ordered timely
- Must have a reliable means for transportation, and a valid driver license
- Driving to, and supporting, multiple locations
- Desire to be a part of something larger than yourself

- 1-2 years prior lead/supervisory experience
- Prior commercial cleaning experience and floor care experience required
- Must be able to lift 75+pounds
Total Facility Care is a growing commercial cleaning and building maintenance company and we are looking for team members to join our work family. We are currently hiring candidates for evening Commercial Cleaning Crew Lead/Supervisor positions for the Alliance area. Full time positions are eligible for benefits including health insurance.
