      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
      - Implement and maintain web services using REST/SOAP protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
      - 3-4 years of professional experience in Java development
      - Strong experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
      - Proficiency in SOAP web services and related protocols
      - Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture
      - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure)
      - Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
      - Experience with Agile development methodologies
      - Strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
