      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and migration of legacy applications to cloud-native Java microservices architecture
      - Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, gathering requirements and presenting designs
      - Mentor a team of developers in Java frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
      - Establish CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with infrastructure teams on container orchestration
      - Research and recommend tools and libraries to enhance productivity and user experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a technical lead or architect role
      - Proven experience migrating enterprise applications to cloud-based Java microservices
      - 1+ years of experience integrating LLMs via APIs into production systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ CE (to be obtained within 90 days) and AWS Solutions Architect
      - Experience with Java frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and JPA/Hibernate
      - Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
      - Knowledge of DevOps tools like Maven, Jenkins, and GitLab CI
      - Strong communication and client-presentation skills
