- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Technology or related.
- 5+ years' experience as Software Developer, focused on Mobile Development, and relevant experience as Tech Lead.
- Proficient in Android (Kotlin/Java) as the primary development platform.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and best practices.
- Experience in designing and integrating scalable, high-performance features for mobile applications.
- Expertise in ensuring superior code quality through best practices, code reviews, and maintaining clean, maintainable code.
- Knowledge of automation testing strategies to enhance code reliability and reduce regression issues.
- Proficiency in development tools such as Jira, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience in overseeing the mobile app release cycle and ensuring smooth deployment.
- Proven ability to guide and mentor a team of developers and testers.
- Ability to work closely with Product Managers to understand business needs and refine requirements.
- Skills in educating stakeholders with clear technical insights for informed decision-making.
- Ability to define and drive the mobile technical roadmap and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate features for mobile applications.
- Implement and advocate for automation testing strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain code quality.
- Streamline development workflows and CI/CD processes using tools like Jira, Git, and GitHub Actions.
- Supervise the mobile app release cycle, ensuring adherence to release schedules.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers and testers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to align development with the product roadmap.
- Educate stakeholders by providing clear technical insights for decision-making.
- Define and drive the mobile technical roadmap, optimizing development processes for efficiency.
