What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct weekly meetings through video and telephonic conferencing
- Develop methodology and standards for assessment
- Establish timeline and performance levels for the project
- Report findings and recommendations based on identified standards
- Provide written reports and implementation plan
- Interview and record court staff, attorneys, and families served by the legal system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Social Work degree or similar degree with expertise in child welfare
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze, assess, and evaluate parent-child relationships and developmental needs of children
- Proficiency in word processing and typing
- Attention to detail in reviewing and evaluating performance measures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in child welfare or related field
