      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of JD Edwards upgrade programs
      - Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals
      - Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including finance and manufacturing
      - Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization
      - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to technical and functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management
      - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing JD Edwards projects (EnterpriseOne or World)
      - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
      - Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
      - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP and JD Edwards certification (Functional or Technical)
      - Experience with JDE 9.2 Upgrade
