      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and optimize business processes related to HRIS and Payroll systems
      - Serve as the primary IT owner of the HR module and related subsystems
      - Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to gather and document requirements
      - Develop and deliver documentation and training materials for process compliance
      - Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, coordinating with technical support as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience with JD Edwards Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement & Subcontract Management, Contract & Service Billing, and Service Work Orders
      - Full understanding of systems architecture concepts and methodologies
      - Proven ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
      - Experience in managing project costs and revenues
      - Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management and job tracking methodologies
      - Knowledge of cost code structures associated with jobs and projects
      - Ability to identify and implement creative solutions for system issues
