What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible
- Set up and manage container orchestration environments with Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient software delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and version control (Git)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, or OpenShift)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Advanced English (spoken and written) for effective communication with international stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to GitOps practices and tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Experience in DevSecOps, including vulnerability scanning and security hardening
- Experience managing hybrid environments (cloud/on-prem)
- Relevant certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer or CKA
