What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the implementation of standard configurations and custom development on Salesforce, including data migration
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure interconnectivity in a multi-ORG environment
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to identify and implement solutions for business process changes or requirements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Advanced English proficiency for effective communication in a global environment
- Practical experience in developing complex solutions in Salesforce environments, including automations and component migration
- Knowledge in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts and basic knowledge of RDBMS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions using the platform
- Knowledge in CRM
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus
