What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture
- Lead technical refinements and engage in hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs
- Develop high-performance solutions in a scalable environment, ensuring quality through automated tests (TDD) and code reviews
- Manage relational and NoSQL databases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices
- Experience with automated test development using the test pyramid strategy
- A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture or Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps automation practices focusing on scalability, security, and performance
- Proficiency in developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes and AKS platforms
- Experience integrating systems and data using cloud and on-premise applications, including message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Service Bus
