What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the implementation of standard configurations and custom development on the Salesforce platform, including data migration
- Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure connectivity in a multi-ORG environment
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to identify and implement solutions for business process changes or requirements
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and functionalities to optimize platform usage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Advanced English skills for effective communication in a global environment
- Practical experience in developing complex solutions in Salesforce, including automation and component migration
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of object-oriented concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions using the platform
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
