What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure applications provide an excellent user experience and facilitate end-user activities
- Assist the team and client in enhancing process maturity
- Develop JAVA applications using Spring Boot
- Create unit and/or automated tests and participate in code reviews
- Maintain clean, simple, and easily manageable code
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in JAVA development with Spring Boot
- Proficiency with OCP, VSTS, AWS, pipelines, lambdas, sonar, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
- Understanding of agile concepts including SCRUM and KANBAN
- Ability to develop and maintain unit tests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases
- Knowledge of legacy Java (Servlets, JSP, JAX-WS/JAX-RS)
- Familiarity with Docker
