What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and/or Angular
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
- Design and implement well-designed and functional interfaces, guided by business analysts
- Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in developing interfaces and modernizing them following a design system
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and/or Angular
- Understanding of design patterns, unit tests, object orientation, database design, SQL, and JPA
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency in listening and speaking
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in JavaScript frameworks like React or using RESTful APIs
