What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a core application that supports other internal systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient system integration
- Enhance application structure to ensure horizontal scalability within AWS infrastructure
- Work with existing monolithic systems (Python, Java, and Node) and contribute to their evolution strategy
- Foster a culture of testing within the team, as there are no dedicated QAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid experience in development with Java 19 or 21
- Experience in hexagonal architecture
- Advanced knowledge of AWS and its tools (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Familiarity with software architectures and agile development practices
- Experience in test-driven development methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ReactJS
- Previous experience in high scalability and performance environments
- Knowledge of other frameworks and languages such as Python and Node.js
- Experience in organizational cultures that value innovation and continuous improvement
