What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with CI&T to enhance a fintech benefit card application
- Ensure the application provides an excellent user experience for end-users
- Assist the team and client in improving process maturity
- Communicate effectively to align team and client expectations
- Help refine technical stories and solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in JAVA development with Spring Boot 3+
- Experience with Clean Code and REST APIs
- Ability to develop unit and/or automated tests and participate in code reviews
- Experience deploying applications in container environments (Kubernetes/GKE)
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with legacy Java (EJB, JAX-WS/JAX-RS)
- Knowledge of Python and NestJS/Typescript
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and PL/SQL
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
