  As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of advanced analytics solutions within our multi-agent system architecture. You will deploy machine learning models focused on pattern recognition and predictive analytics, ensuring their integration into production systems while collaborating closely with engineering teams. Your role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making that aligns with CI&T's commitment to Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation, leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  
  

  Lead advanced analytics efforts within our multi-agent system architecture.

  Develop and deploy machine learning models for pattern recognition and predictive analytics.

  Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.

  Work with graph databases and modern data pipeline technologies.

  Create automated analysis workflows that integrate with our LangGraph-based agent system.

  
  

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  
  

  Must-have Skills:

  
  

  Advanced Python proficiency with expertise in data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)

  Machine learning experience including model development, validation, and deployment

  Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis and manipulation

  Statistical analysis expertise with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design

  Hands-on data science experience in production environments

  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions

  Advanced English for effective communication in international client meetings

  
  

  Nice-to-have Skills:

  
  

  Pytorch experience

  Experience with multi-agent orchestration tools: (LangGraph / CrewAI / Agno / SmolAgents / AutoGen)

  Letta, DSPy, Google ADK.
