What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types
- Build automation using Flows, API Integrations, and Mulesoft
- Participate in code reviews and manage Salesforce Change Sets and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to convert user stories into technical solutions
- Engage with clients to explain solution designs and ensure quality outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–3 years of Salesforce platform development experience
- Solid hands-on experience with Sales and/or Service Cloud
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, and declarative tools, with basic integrations knowledge
- Exposure to client communication and delivery tracking within a team
- Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, II or Admin & Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Manufacturing Cloud, or B2B Commerce Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Additional Salesforce Certifications like Data Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Developer
